Once you submit the form, you will be emailed a copy of the information you entered.
Please verify that everything is correct by visiting the link within that email.
Once we receive your confirmation, our team of video editors will tailor your custom video. Our turnaround is normally 48 hours within regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 8:00pm EST). If you require a custom video, our turnaround time will be approximately two business days.
Once your video is complete, we will email you a link to review the product.
If you require any changes, we will make the updates within 60 minutes. If not, your video is ready to go live!
